Every election presents an opportunity for people to present their abilities and capacities. Some succeed, others don’t. Everyone has his or her own transcript which they believe is better than that of their opponents and so let everyone try their best.
Former governors are assembling their political apparatus as well as reawakening campaign teams as they prepare to take the most influential positions in the counties.
First-term governors looking to retain their seats are, however, not sitting pretty. They’ve marshalled all their arsenal against their predecessors and those who will be vying for the first time.
My observation is this, the 22 governor's who managed to retained their positions will be exiting with their heads high. Unfortunately, all those who lost in 2017 have the most difficult time if at all they want to come back to power.
To me these politicians lost their seats even with government machinery at their disposals. It is obvious that good teams decampaigned against them and probably greater teams and smarter brains will also campaign against both the current regimes as well as the former.
I don't think if most governor's who lost in the previous elections have chances of coming back no matter their current positions in Society.
Then we have new entrants who doesn’t even know which political seat to take they maneuver all over shouting they are for the gubernatorial position and times MNA , their pain in the ass will be regrouping back their times they they disposed after failing 2017
