How to track a lost phone using Gmail

Have you lost your Android phone, tablet or wear OS watch,you can find,lock,or erase it.if you have added a Google account.

To find,lock or erase your device,That device must:

.Be turned on

.Be signed into a Google account

. Be connected to mobile data or Wifi

.Be visible on Google play

. Have location turned on

. Have find my device turned on

If you used your lost phone for 2-step verification,

You must have a backup phone or backup code.

Remotely find,lock or erase.

1.Click www.android.com/find and sign in to your Google account.

.If you have more than one phone click on the lost phone.

.If your phone has multiple users, click on the main account.

2.The lost gets a notification.

3.On the map,you will get info on where the phone is.

4.Pick what you want to do,you can either play sound, lock or erase it.
