Likoni floating bridge.

 Likoni floating bridge is a multi billion project by the government in collaboration with China road and bridge corporation for easing congestion on likoni ferry.

 The likoni floating bridge is a multi billion project estimated to cost 1.5 billion Kenya shillings.

The bridge stretches 1,058.9 metres,the bridge starts from former outrigger hotel next to Kenya coast guard headquarters in mvita to peleza area in likoni.

The bridge involves the construction of pile foundations and a Bailey bridge with movable main steel at the middle of the channel to allow movement of ships.
