112 test positive for covid-19 as 2 people die

   

  112 people have tested positive for covid-19 out of a sample size of 5,401 tested in the last 24hours.

      Today 112 people tested positive,  for covid-19 in the last 24hours bringing the total confirmed cases to 100,675,In a statement by health CS mutahi kagwe today.

      34 people have recovered from the disease bringing the total recoveries to 83,855, while 2 people have died bringing the total deaths to 1,755.

     The cases were distributed in counties as follows:

Nairobi 68

Uasin Gishu 13

Kajiado 8

Mombasa 5

Kilifi 4

Kiambu 3

Busia 3

Turkana 2

Siaya 1

Murang'a 1

Baringo 1

Machakos 1

Marsabit 1
