OCS Shot By Armed Robbers During Operation.

    Ngong  OCS Philip Olenkindi,was last night ambushed and shot by armed robbers during a night operation near Ngong town.

       He sustained injuries and was rushed to Nairobi west hospital where he was admitted.

      The OCS and three other officers were patrolling the Kahara area where they encountered the armed men,who opened fire on them.

      A chase ensued between the other officers but the robbers had then fled to Ngong hills.

     The police have since launched investigations into the matter to apprehend the robbers.
